Renovation work often happens while life continues around it. At Crest, the homeowners remained in the property while multiple bathrooms and other areas of the home were being renovated.

The work was carefully sequenced so essential facilities remained available, with temporary arrangements made where needed and different areas brought in and out of construction at the right time.

It’s a practical example of something we think about on every project: not only what needs to be built, but what the people living through the build need from us along the way.
